By now, you’ve probably come across Lani, our little black lab. She’s a part of our family like we know your pooch is a part of yours. For that reason, we’re taking a stand against dog discrimination. Added fees for man’s best friend?! Welcome to our dog discount… Bring your pooch and get $50 off your booking. We’re not joking.


Rental periods

We’re inspired by those who live on the road. In order to disconnect and embrace the #vanlife, enough time must be spent on the go. This is why we have a one-week minimum rental period, so you can experience a truly nomadic adventure.

To that note, we also like to keep things simple. Pick-up and Drop-off days at Yama are limited to Tuesday’s and Thursdays.

Festivals

Get out, be free and get lost in the music. A Yama Van is the perfect home on wheels for your next festival. With a shower, comfy bed and no need for hookups, home is where you park it.

As per usual, a full inspection will be completed upon your return to ensure that no damage has occurred and everything is accounted for. To receive a full refund of your deposit, the van must be returned in the same condition in which you received it.

Age & Insurance

To rent a Yama Van, you must be at least 25 years of age and carry a valid driver’s licence.

With a $1500 deductible, our insurance policy covers all of the following:

To reduce your deductible to $500, an additional fee of $*** is applied

***Cancellation***

In order to offer the same great opportunities for adventure to all, we offer no flexibility in our cancellation policy. Please read carefully below.

  • Cancellations made more than a month ahead of the booking date will receive a full refund minus a 10% service fee.

  • Cancellations made greater than a week and less than a month away from booking will receive 50% of the rental amount made for the rental and the remainder will be refunded to the renter minus the RVezy service fee. The owner's availability will open up at that time and will be able to book a new rental for that time. 

    If cancelled less than a week before the rental date

  • The full rental amount will be forwarded to the RV owner minus the RVezy service fee. The owner's availability will be opened and they can book another rental during that time.

Payment

Holding Deposit: A 25% deposit will be used to hold your booking when booking more than 30 days prior to the start of your trip. 30 days prior to the start of your trip, the remaining balance will be charged.

Payment in Full: The full rental amount, add-ons and service fees will be charged to your credit card 30 days prior to your booking. If you book less than 30 days in advance, the full amount will be charged at the time of booking.

Security Deposit: 72 hours prior to your trip start date, a security deposit of $*** will be charged to your credit card. The security deposit will be refunded in full upon completion of your trip pending a damage and inventory inspection (up to 48 hours). To receive a full refund of your deposit, the van must be returned in the same condition in which you received it.

If you are planning on heading to our neighbours down south, across the border then you will need to provide 3 things: RVezy Rental Voucher Insurance Certificate provided by RVezy Vehicle Registration You can also check out this blog for more information in regards to travelling to the United States.
